$250,000—elecions must be made in increments of salary to a maximum of 5x salary
Z Spouse life may be increased to the spouse Guaranteed Issue amount of $50,000 without EOI (spouse life may
not exceed EE coverage)

Z New elecions or elecions over the Guaranteed Issue amount of $250,000 will require you to submit a EOI
