Enrolling for 2016 Coverage
X To register a change for 2016 open enrollment elecions, visit
www.DANbeneitsPLUS.com from November 2nd to November 13th
and click on “Enroll Now”; if you don’t have computer access at home
or work, call beneitsPLUS at 1-800-457-1665
If you don’t make new open enrollment elecions from November 2, 2015
to November 13, 2015, your beneit coverage will be afected as follows:
X Some of your beneits will automaically roll over to 2016
X Flexible Spending Accounts (dependent care, healthcare) and HSA
deducions DO NOT rollover and must be elected annually
Making Changes During the 2016 Plan Year
Under IRS rules, your beneit elecions must remain in efect unil
the next plan year which starts on January 1, 2017 unless you have a
qualifying event during the year. You must register your changes by
visiing www.DANbeneitsPLUS.com or by calling the beneitsPLUS
soluions center within 31 days of the qualifying event.
