           DIRECTIONS

           1.     Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.                      INGREDIENTS

           2.     Spray a 9×9 inch square pan with                       1 - 12 oz can black beans – rinse and drain
                  baking spray.                                          2 eggs
                                                                         3/4 sugar
           3.     Blend together your eggs, beans,                       1 tbsp skim milk
                  cocoa powder, sugar, milk, vinegar,                    1/2 cup cocoa powder
                  baking soda, baking powder and                         1/2 tsp vegetable oil
                  blend until smooth.                                    1/2 tsp baking soda
                                                                         1/2 tsp baking powder
           4.     Pour into a bowl and mix in your
                  chopped walnuts.                                       1 tsp balsamic vinegar
                                                                         1/2 cup chopped walnuts
           5.     Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a
                  toothpick comes out clean.
           6.     Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
