           DIRECTIONS                                                    INGREDIENTS

           1.     Toast the slice of bread.                              1 slice whole grain bread
                                                                         1/2 avocado
           2.     Spread the hummus on the bread and                     2 tbsp hummus
                  top with avocado.
                                                                         1 pinch flax seed - optional
           3.     Optional: Sprinkle with flax seeds.
