Lentil Pork Lentils are a good
source of

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Season pork chops with ginger, INGREDIENTS
garlic, salt, and pepper. Place in 1 cup lentils
oven for 15-20 minutes, or until pork 2 cups chicken broth
reaches an internal temperature of 1 cup water

3. While pork chops are cooking, 4 eggs
prepare your lentils. Bring your 1 tsp garlic powder
chicken broth and water to a boil 1 tsp ground ginger
over medium heat. Once boiling, Salt and pepper - to taste
add in your lentils. Cover the pot, Optional: sriracha sauce - to taste
reduce heat, and simmer for 20
minutes, or until lentils are tender.
4. Cook 4 eggs, over-easy style.
5. Place your pork chop over a couple Brain Healthy Recipes
scoops of lentils and place your egg
on top. Drizzle with sriracha, if desired!
