Pear &
Arugula Pizza Pears are a good source of
ANTIOXIDANTS,
helping to maintain brain health.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the chopped walnuts on a baking INGREDIENTS
sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
1 pre-made pizza dough
3. Once the walnuts are done toasting, 2 pears, sliced
increase the oven temperature to 1/2 cup blue cheese
475 degrees. 1 oz chopped walnuts
4. Brush the pizza dough with olive oil. 1 tbsp olive oil
Sprinkle the mozzarella down on the 2 cups arugula
crust first. Next layer on the pear slices, 6 oz fresh mozzarella
sprinkle the toasted walnuts over, and
finally the blue cheese.
5. Once the oven is heated, place pizza in
the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the
crust is golden brown
6. Let the pizza cool for 10 minutes, and Brain Healthy Recipes
then sprinkle the arugula on top.
7. Slice up and enjoy!
