           1.     Whisk together yogurt and chia seeds.                  1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
                                                                         2 tsp chia seeds
           2.     Layer the ingredients in a parfait cup                 1/2 cup raspberries
                  or bowl.
                                                                         1 tbsp chopped walnuts
           3.     Eat up!
