Turkey Turkey is rich in
Zoodles SELENIUM,
a mineral essential for
cognitive function.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil INGREDIENTS
over medium heat. Add your frozen 12 oz bag frozen zucchini noodles
zucchini zoodles and cook according 1 lb lean ground turkey
to package instructions. Set aside 2 tbsp minced garlic
after cooking. 1 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
3. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil Salt and pepper - to taste
on a skillet over medium heat. 3 cups marinara sauce - pay attention
to sugar content
4. Add the ground turkey and cook until 2 tsp olive oil
brown. Next, add the garlic, Italian
seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook an
additional 5 minutes.
5. Add in the marinara sauce. Cook until
it is warm, about 5 minutes. Add in the
