Flipping the I Do, We Do, You Do Script
How do we move students from passive learning that focuses on memorization of procedures
to prompting students to investigate and problem solve finding patterns in mathematics? This
session will focus on a student-centered approach of setting up investigations where students
are actively involved in making their own discoveries and putting students in charge of their
learning. Participants will leave this session energized and prepared to implement this student-
centered process in mathematics.
