Conference Certificate of Attendance as proof of the total minutes/points earned
for certificate renewal. The certificate will be emailed to you by the end of
December 2024. Be sure to print and file both the log sheet and the certificate in
your personal professional development records. If you lose your certificate or
need another copy of the log sheet, you can find them in your account at
scctm.org. Check your email log in your account.
