               Therefore, there’s time saving. Basket or cart is used to help the user chose between which item interest
               them to buy, letting the user know the total cost of the item in the basket –there is time consuming.
               Using the Wish lists, a user is able to share the item with friends and family as an idea or suggestion for a
               birthday or Christmas gift.

               Amazon search engine has a combo box that you can jump from page to page during searching. The
               combo box displays information about what to look for on Amazon. It displays all the product item
               Amazon has, so that you can quick select on the type of item you are looking for. It is quite fast and not
               many information are displayed, which allows you to find what you are looking for within a second.
               There are navigation bars or buttons which direct you to another page. For instance, during the
               registration or login or Gift cards, Amazon has navigation links on the tittle bar that direct you to
               another page and allows you to perform a task within a second. It is always easy to return to the home
               page. Amazon has link or hyperlink ‘amazon’ –home page, to all the pages so that you can go back to the
               home page quickly and faster to look for what is on stock. There is a site map on the title bar, linking the
               homepage to other pages (Account &List, Orders, Try Prime, etc.)
               Effectiveness of Multimedia Features

               Amazon.com doesn’t have a specific background sound, video or animation, but they do have video
               (background video) on their gaming page. It plays manually and it always appears on the page. Plugins
               are required if there is no speakers. There are pictures on the homepage, but it doesn’t always appears
               when the page is refreshed or reloaded. Fast connection is not always required to load the pictures.
               Fast connection is required to load the advertising images. In some transactional websites, there are
               pictures and sounds that always appears when the page is refreshed or reloaded.

               Colors and Fonts

               The background color and the color of the items are clearly visible and easy to read or view by people.
               The color code is suitable for even color blind people. Sometimes pointing the cursor on the combo box
               or the navigation buttons causes different colors to appear; blur vision. Certain fonts may not appear on
               certain computers because either the business, Amazon, is missing the CSS style sheet in html, on their
               transactional pages or the computer user may have not installed CSS file properly on their computers.
