Holidays and Overtime
Holidays are not considered days worked for purposes of calculating overtime, unless work is actually
               performed.

               Black-out Days
There may be holidays that fall on a course start day, or other crucial date that impacts our students,
which may require that employees work. These days should be determined by management in advance
and communicated to employees accordingly. Employees who work in those positions/departments will
not be permitted to take time off on those dates. However, the holiday pay process will be initiated.

Reporting Time Worked or Holiday Hours
It is the employee’s responsibility to accurately record the time worked, or holiday time, in their payroll
record utilizing the Ultipro system. It is the manager’s responsibility to review the time recorded and
approve or decline the request accordingly.

               Insurance Benefits
Eligible Employees: For purposes of benefits coverage, an eligible employee is a full-time employee as
determined by averaging at least 30 hours per week in the previous 12 months, which is the company’s
pre- determined look-back period. Eligible employees are provided a wide range of benefits. A number
of the programs (such as Social Security, worker’s compensation, and unemployment insurance) cover
all employees in the manner prescribed by law. Employees are eligible to elect insurance products
within 31 days of date of hire, during the annual open enrollment period, or for a “life status qualifying
               event”.

Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification. Details of
the benefits can be obtained on the Intranet, the UltiPro portal, and through the HR Department.
Employee information, including benefits during open enrollment, can be modified through the
