I want to take this opportunity to personally welcome you to the Hercules Living family! It is our firm belief that our associ-

While our business is managing, developing and building apartment communities, the key to our business is serving our resi-
dents. We believe that if we place our customers first our business will continue to thrive and grow. We believe that star per-
formance ensures that we will meet our short term and long term goals as a company. We believe that emphasizing financial
performance guarantees that the properties we own will continue to meet our expectations. We need your help to meet our ob-
jectives in all of these areas. Our commitment to excellence and service is not just a slogan at Hercules Living it is ingrained in
