Having said that the classroom, the

school needs a teacher who clearly
understands that learning must not only

occur inside the classroom where
learners can deepen their

understandings of what the content is

about. They can do this through peer to
peer learning. The school needs a

teacher who can go as far as taking
learners outside school to engage with

community members and even experts

who are already in the field of work that
learners dream of working one day.

Referring to the school context, the school needs a teacher who will teach today kind
of learning that will be beneficial to the learners’ tomorrow. The school needs a

teacher who encourages learners and challenges them to be critical thinkers, be self-
organized and be innovative.

The school needs an ideal teacher who believes
in the incorporating media in their teaching and

learning since the school has an unpleasant
historical background. It needs a teacher who

acknowledges that the 4th industrial revolution is
not there to replace a teacher but it is there to help

the teacher be mediator between the content and

the learners. A teacher who believes that the
usage of teaching aids of technology in the

classroom will be able to improve the knowledge

retention, encourages individual learning and
encourages collaboration. Since the school has a

low rate of passing, it needs a teacher who will use technology in the classroom enable
learners to find the new conclusion of daily life problems.
