Technology  helps  in  creating  a  better  educational  syllabus,  learning  material  and
               future  products  and  services.  It's  really  important  to  integrate  technology  into

               classrooms  that’s  what  makes  an  ideal  classroom.  An  ideal  teacher  is  always
               encouraging learners to not be afraid of making mistakes, especially in the class. We

               believe that we have more to learn in mistakes than we ever  do in success. So a

               classroom  environment  where  learners  are  not  punished  for  making  mistakes  but
               rather praised/rewarded for trying would be needed in the school. This allows an ideal

               teacher to focus on creating assessments which are authentic and which  will allow
               learners to think critically and creatively as to be able  to solve problems. An ideal

               teacher does not make assumptions but embrace diversity, uses the strength of many
               voices  and  celebrate  even  the  smallest  achievements.  Rewarding  these  small

               achievements allows the learners to ask for help and be able to add value to their own

               learning which is active participation.




               CONCLUSION

               To conclude on everything, we can agree that Jabulani Technical high school is a

               school which is directly impacted by its location. Having the learners come from such

               diverse backgrounds shows in how they interact with their learning. We must also note
               that it is a very well-resourced school compared to some schools in Soweto and this

               is advantageous to all the relevant stakeholders of the school. given the context of the,
               it is evident that the school needs an ideal teacher who will care about the learners

               without crossing any boundaries and that although they have some smartboards and

               workshops which are fully functional they have a while before reaching standards.
               Learners should not be afraid of failure but should be encouraged to learn from it by

               their teacher.
