What a Therapist May Teach You
The therapist may find that you have poor posture.
The therapist may then find that you have stiffness
in the neck, weakness
in the front of the neck
and limited ability to
position the head
correctly. The pain and
limited motion in the
neck may cause you
to have difficulty with
daily activities. The
physical therapist will
design a treatment
plan that will strengthen
the muscles, stretch
the tight muscles,
manual therapy for
the upper neck and
functional activities.
