vi. Try something new (be adventurous). You might be tired of making and
eating the same thing all the time. Throw your usual go - tos out of the window
and try something totally new that you are excited about. You could try some of
the different. Go online search for new recipes it could be what you’ve been
cooking but prepared in a different way, learn
vii. Make it entertaining and fun. You can listen to a podcast, chat on phone, sing
along to your favorite music while cooking in your kitchen. You can also enjoy a
cocktail, glass of juice or any of your favourite drinks while cooking; hence
enjoying a happier hour.
I believe if we try these few tips, cooking for our families will not just be that
boring and tiring chore, but an exciting experience that we will all be looking
forward to.
