online. With the variety of merchandise offered on the
Internet, I can almost always find what I need.

Finally, shopping on the Internet saves both money and

time. I don’t have to buy gas for my car before I shop

online, nor do I buy lunch as I might if I were at a

shopping center. In addition, since online retailers don’t
need brick-and-mortar stores, they have lower overhead

and often, lower prices. I recently saved 30 percent on a

printer by purchasing it online. Shopping online also

takes less time than shopping in a store. Driving around

and shopping at malls or discount stores can easily take

the better part of a Saturday. Online shopping usually
takes less than an hour, even if I visit multiple sites to

compare prices. Saving money and time is a big

                        advantage of online shopping.

Internet shopping has many advantages, including
convenience, choice, and savings. Next Christmas, I will

not drive to a crowded discount store and wear out my

feet and my patience looking for a gift; I will turn on my

computer instead. I hear that even Santa surfs the Net

                        these days.
