Chapter Test We often need to make decisions based on known statistics or the probability of an event occurring. For example, we
Cumulative Review decide whether or not to bring an umbrella to work based on the probability of rain. We choose an investment based
on its mean, or average, return. We can predict which football team will win based on the trend in its previous wins and
losses. This chapter reviews presenting data in a usable form on a graph and the basic ideas of statistics and probability.
