               Auditing
                 Organizations  must  have  backup  and  recovery  plans  for  their  IT  assets.

               Assets include business-related data, network infrastructure, exit strategies,
               and so on. If any of the assets fail, how is service restored? On the surface,
               the risk of hardware failure appears to be transferred to the cloud provider.

               However,  the  service  level  agreement  (SLA)  offered  by  a  provider,  as
               pictured in Figure 6-1, may not be adequate for the business.
                  In  some  cases,  the  SLA  can  be  negotiated  such  that  both  parties  will
               benefit.

               Security
                 The classic security architecture revolves around a single point of defense

               that separates company assets from the outside world, that is, the Internet.
