Changes
Don't be afraid. Or be afraid, but go on anyway.
We never make changes judging by how good they feel, but by how
much they will benefit us in the future. In fact, the majority of the
changes we make that end up being beneficial for us, feel pretty un-
pleasant. Just think about losing weight. All the diets, the exercises,
they are all pretty inconvenient for someone that's not used to doing
them on a regular basis. It all comes up as an exhausting and consum-
ing challenge. And yet it works miracles. If you are patient enough to
see it through, there is no scenario in which you won't fall madly in
love with the result.
Well, the same applies to awakening; to seeing through your so-
called limitations, and into the infinite spring of potential that is your
being. It is a chance like no another, to see that no matter what chal-
lenges life brings forward, there is a power within you that will lov-
ingly guide your every step while going through them. Sure, it brings
along a lot of changes. Of some you will be afraid, some you'll cherish
and celebrate. No matter the case, they will all eventually fall into
grace. And it usually happens when you realize that waking that
power inside of you is the greatest gift you can ever give to yourself.
So don't be afraid of changes. Or be afraid, but go on anyway. Meet
them with an open heart. Walk alongside them, singing. Start loving
them. And not because I tell you to do so, but because you won't be
able not to once you see the beauty they possess. Because in the
