EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
• Continue to create inventive ways to attract new
employees using all methods available
• Continue to use creative methods in screening potential
candidates
• Implement support system for new staff, part-time staff,
and off-site staff
• Continue to provide opportunities to attend and present
at state and national education/industry conferences
• Provide up-to-date equipment and resources for staff
while integrating aspects of Google Classroom in all
classes
• Continue to take advantage of in-house institutes and
school improvement days as a source for professional
development
• Continue to utilize informal and formal evaluations to
promote professional growth
• Continue to reward and recognize staff accomplishments
and progress in becoming better employees
• Continue KEC Creativity Groups in order to give staff a
say in the betterment and improvement of KEC
• Continue to use KEC climate survey as a “sounding
board” for staff in order to always have a pulse on what
staff needs are to best serve students
