SB 1112 Veterans’ Home facility; Mohave County
Would appropriate the sum of $25,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-
2021 to the department of veterans' services to construct and establish a veterans' home facility in
Mohave county.

Extends the amount of time that the monies in the Veterans' Income Tax Settlement Fund revert back to
the State General Fund from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023 and the amount of time that Arizona
Department of Veterans’ Services will accept applications from December 31, 2019 to December 31,
2021.

SB 1212 Board Licensure: certification; residents
Specifies that a person who is a resident of this state or who is a military spouse married to an active duty
member and who is accompanying the member on official orders and who are seeking occupational
licensing reciprocity in this state must have met the minimum education requirements and if applicable,
work experience and clinical supervision requirements in the other state that were in place at the time the
person was licensed or certified. Further clarifies that a person’s licensure or certification by another state
is proof that the person met the education requirements and, if applicable, work experience and clinical
supervision requirement in effect in that state at the time of the licensure or certification
