加拿大中国金融业协会(CCFA)一直秉持着文化交融的理念，作为政府值得信赖的顾问和行业倡导者，汇集中国与加拿大金
融界的最新资讯，成为业界人士交流沟通的平台。因此，本次晚会 CCFA 加中金融协会也非常荣幸地邀请到三位访谈嘉宾，
分别是 Eric Xiao， Shenglin Xian 以及 Victoria Nguyen，为年轻人应如何应对求职时所面临的困境提供了宝贵的建
议。他们表示：面对变幻莫测的市场，年轻人要不断努力提升自我，勇于突破，把握时机，抓住机遇。
Canadian-Chinese Finance Association (CCFA) has always adhered to the concept of sharing cultures. As a trusted advisor and
industry advocate to the government, CCFA gathers the latest information of the financial industry in China and Canada and serves
as a communication platform for the industry members. Therefore, it is a great honor for the CCFA to invite three speakers, namely
Eric Xiao, Shenglin Xian and Victoria Nguyen, who provided valuable advice to young people on how to deal with the difficulties they
face in job hunting. They said, ‘when young people face the unpredictable market, they should constantly strive to improve
themselves, have the courage to make breakthroughs and seize opportunities.’
此外，为推动金融企业创新，突破职业性别障碍，促进加拿大华裔青年社区友好交流以及鼓励 CCFA 金融协会持续发展，
本次晚会特设六个奖项，分别是：未来已来创新创业奖，锐意进取奖，科技金融巾帼奖，伯乐奖，社区青年领袖奖和
CCFA 志愿者贡献奖，以此鼓励在以上方面作出杰出贡献的同僚们。
In addition, in order to promote the innovation of financial enterprises, break through occupational gender barriers, promote
friendly exchanges among ethnic Chinese communities in Canada and encourage the sustainable development of CCFA financial
associations, CCFA set up six awards, namely Innovative Entrepreneur Award, New Comer Award, Women in Fintech Finance Award,
Mentor & Speaker Award, Emerging Leader Award and Volunteer Spotlight Award, to encourage people who have made
outstanding contributions in the above areas.
