JURY AND WITNESS DUTY LEAVE
                                           Employees called to jury and witness duty will be
                                           provided with time off to fulfill their civic obligation.
                                           Employees should notify their manager immediately
                                           upon receiving notice from the court. Full-time, regular
                                           employees generally will be paid their regular salary
                                           during the jury duty leave. All other employees will
                                           be paid in accordance with state law. The employee is
                                           responsible for keeping his/her manager informed of
                                           the status of his/her continued need for time off for jury
                                           duty leave on a daily or otherwise mutually agreed to
                                           basis. Documentation must also be provided to verify the
                                           length of jury/witness duty service upon return to work.
