Not every situation can be covered in the dress code
guidelines. Therefore, Tegra management has the right to
determine whether any attire or grooming is detrimental to
work environment standards.
NURSING MOTHERS
The Company provides reasonable break times for an
employee to express breast milk for her nursing child (for
one year after the child’s birth) each time such employee
has need to express the milk. The Company provides a
place, other than a bathroom, that is shielded from view and
free from intrusion from coworkers and the public, which
may be used by the employee to express breast milk. Please
contact your local Human Resources Representative or your
manager to make the appropriate arrangements.
