Ejaculation-free Orgasm

              The idea is to avoid ejaculation and continue having sex without losing your erection. And do it
        over and over in one night. So in essence, you are stopping ejaculation and experiencing an
        ejaculation-free orgasm.


                Again, I will refer to the magic muscle called the pubococcygeus muscle.

            I have mentioned methods to improve the PC muscle and increase girth. I will 3 more exercises.

     Besides, it will help with the prostate as well.


     Quick-Fire – Designed for quick bursts of tightening and relaxing.


     • Tighten the PC muscle and hold it for 2 seconds.
     • Relax for 2 seconds.
     • Tighten the PC, again.
     • Relax for 2 seconds.
     • Repeat this 10 times.

     • Rest for 1 minute and do it again.


     More Stamina – This exercise will develop more stamina.


     •    Tighten the PC and hold for 10 seconds.
     •    Relax for 10 seconds.
     •    Tight PC for 10 seconds, again.
     •    Relax for 10 seconds.
     •    Do this exercise 10 times.


     Bring the Power – An improved version of the aforementioned exercises.



     •    Tighten your PC and hold it as tightly as possible as long as you can. Release when necessary.
     •    Rest 1 minute.
     •    Do this exercise 3 times.


            The idea is to exercise the PC muscle consistently at least 6 days per week.


     Revisiting the Breathing Aspect


            For multiple orgasms, breathing is important because it will give you full control as you stop your
     ejaculation. If you can remember to breathe, you will do well with what you have read.
