Best Green Smoothies




               Kale, spinach, coconut and almond milk are blended
               together, creating the best green juice that is quick to
               prepare.


               Ingredients
               Serves: 4


                     1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
                     4 leaves kale, chopped
                     1 cup fresh coconut meat
                     1/2 cucumber, chopped
                     1 stalk celery, chopped

                     1/2 cup spinach
                     1 cup coconut water
                     1/2 cup almond milk
                     1/2 cup water
                     1 lemon, juiced


               Directions
               Place apple, kale, coconut meat, cucumber, celery and spinach in a blender, then
               top with coconut water, almond milk, water and lemon juice. Blend on high for 30
               seconds to 1 minute.

               Blend until smooth depending on your blender's ability. You may need to strain
               your mixture to achieve a drinkable consistency.
