Wired and Tired












       If you feel ‘wired and tired’ all the time, then there is a stress hormone called


       ‘cortisol’ which is out of balance now that you are going through your menopause

       transition. This is throwing out your PROGESTERONE hormone balance. For you to turn


       around your sleep, then there are strategies you need to lower your heart rate, your

       blood pressure, your temperature and your stress levels, BEFORE you hit the pillow.

       Once you learn these strategies you will start to turn around the inflammation that is


       building up inside you. When inflammation stays high, your chronic stress hormone

       called cortisol, shuts down your ‘go-to-sleep’ hormone, melatonin.
