1 cup oats - rinsed under cold water
2 tablespoons of organic ALMOND MEAL
2 tablespoons of chopped ALMONDS
1/4 cup of organic COCONUT FLAKES
1/4 cup of organic RAISINS
1 grated apple
juice from 1 orange
30-50 mls of fresh organic cream
I mix all of this in a bowl and cover it and put it into the fridge ready
to just add chopped banana.
