Anyone who has seen or grown a beautiful,
healthy garden knows that the garden's vibrance is
not due solely to the plants. For the plants to thrive
and prosper, they need a healthy environment in
which to grow. The human brain is no different.
While conventional medical theory focusses on the
state of specific nerve cells (neurons) of the brain
