Calculate the Earliest Event Times (EET):
Work left to right. Start at the first node: the EET of the first node must always be
zero. You then look at each activity in turn.
Take the EET from the node at the beginning of the activity line, and add it to the
duration of the activity, the answer gives you the EET for the node at the end of the
activity line.
When you have a choice, you select the highest.
