Paperless Proforma Process



        To send a copy of the proforma to an associate in another office for review

            •  We recommend this be done at the Admin step (step 2).
            •  This is a recommended practice outside of the 3E Workflow to accommodate unique circumstances.
            •  Once the Admin reviews the proforma, select Bill Preview.
            •  Change the template to SEA_proforma and select Print.
            •  Enter the email address of the associate who needs to review the proforma.
            •  Enter a note in the Message field that to the associate to review the proforma.
            •  Select the 3E home button to return to the Dashboard.
            •  This will keep the proforma edit in the Action list until receiving an e-mail/verbal approval from the associate.
            •  Once approved, update the proforma with any changes, add a comment in the Internal Comments field that the
               associate reviewed the proforma and select Submit.
