On their first date, he had a corporate limo, pick her up from her apartment
and bring her to the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. He had chartered a
sightseeing helicopter that was based at Pier 6 at South Street and Broad
Street. The helicopter flew them over New York City. The beautiful sparkling
city lights of New York City intoxicated Regina. Here she was a tender 19 year
old; four months shy of her 20th birthday with a wonderful man ten years her
senior. Sitting above one of the world’s top international cities with a man most
women would die for! They listened to the Ojay’s song ‘Stairwell to Heaven’,
along with other prearranged song selections on their headsets. They flew
over all the sights that make New York City famous from the Statue of Liberty,
Ellis and Governors Islands, the South Street Seaport, the Brooklyn and
Manhattan Bridges and the Wall Street Financial Center, Central Park, the
Empire State Building, the Intrepid Air, Sea, and Space Museum, Yankee
Stadium, the United Nations Building, the Queensboro and Brooklyn Bridges
and Battery Park. After the helicopter landed, the corporate limo picked them
up and took them to NY Waterway Pier 78 W. 38th Street at Hudson River
Park. Levi had also scheduled a City Lights Hudson River Cruise of New York
City. The City Lights Cruise of Manhattan’s iconic skyline came alive at night.
A thousand lights illuminates your sightseeing experience while you cruise,
drink and dine in one of the most famous cities in the world. It was a truly
romantic way to end your adventure out on the town at night in August.
Manhattan is an island surrounded by water which made a night cruise an
ideal way to see its famous skyline in addition to viewing New York Harbor's
famous sights up close away from the traffic, noise and crowds. Regina
relaxed and enjoyed getting to know more about Manhattan, but even more
