          Communicate and collaborate in a team, provide feedback
          and understand aspects of sleep management.

          Work as a team to become a better listener and
          communicator, and gain skills to be a great leader.
          Understand how to give feedback to people you work with,
          communicate, and collaborate in a team and understand
          why a good night’s sleep is important.
          In this course you will learn to:
          •   Provide effective feedback on individual and group
              performance in the workplace taking into consideration
              diversity, balance, objectiveness, appropriate language,
              voice modulation and non-verbal signs.
          •   Use active listening skills to gain information in an
              interactive situation.
          •   Demonstrate knowledge of sleep, sleep debt, the
              circadian rhythm and the body clock.
