In a food processor, blend together: 1.5 cups of
frozen raspberries, 1 scoop of vanilla whey
protein isolate, 1 tbsp of golden ground flax, 1
tbsp of coconut palm sugar (optional). Do not
blend for too long (about 12 seconds). Yes, it's
that simple!
