Chickpea Flat
Bread Servings: 2
Directions: In a food processor, blend
together: 2 cups of diced veggies
(broccoli, red pepper, onion), 2 whole
eggs, 1/2 a cup of egg whites, 1/3 cup of
chickpea flour, 2 tbsps of ground flax,
1/2 a tsp of garlic and onion powder, 1
tsp of sea salt.
Place batter flat on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper. Spray
olive oil on top and sprinkle sesame
seeds. Bake at 375 for 25 mins. Then
simply cut in square pieces! You can
also use this as s nice pizza crust or as a
cracker! The possibilities are endless!
