Chocolate Protein

Servings: 2
In a food processor, blend together: 1 cup of partly skim milk yogurt,
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsps of monk fruit extract.
Then in a seperate bowl, mix together 2 tbsps of grass-fed gelatin
with 1/3 cup of water. Set aside, and in a skillet, add 2 tbsps of raw 109
cacao powder and 1/2 cup of coconut milk until it starts to bubble.
Then add in the food processor right away with the other ingredients
& the gelatin. Pour in a bowl and let the mixture sit in the fridge for 1
hour (or until thick).
