HAZELNUT
PROTEIN COOKIE
Servings: 3
In a food processor, blend: 1/2 a cup of coconut flour,
1/2 a cup of hazelnuts, 2 scoops of chocolate protein
powder, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1/3 cup of pure maple
syrup, & add in a bit of almond milk until you reach a
nice soft batter. Form batter into cookies and top with
extra hazelnuts and spinkled cacao powder 103
