GREEK YOGURT
PROTEIN BITES
Servings: 2
In a food processor, blend: 1 cup of non-fat plain greek
yogurt, 1/2 a cup of coconut flour, 2 scoops of vanilla
protein powder, 1/3 cup of raw honey. Let the batter sit in
the fridge for 10 mins, then form into balls.
Optional: Dip in melted dark chocolate and place in the
freezer for 10 mins. 102
