CURRY TOFU
Servings: 2
Slice a whole package of extra firm tofu into small
cubes and grill in a skillet on medium heat with: 1/2
cup of pure coconut milk, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1.5
tbsps of curry powder, 1/2 tbsp of pink salt, 1 tbsp of
chilli powder, 1 tsp of mustard powder. Serve on a
bed of steamed veggies.
