34 Coworker Information

35  If the transfer of the firearm takes place on a different day from the date that the buyer

signs section A (14 & 15), the seller must again check the photo ID of the buyer prior to the
transfer and the buyer must complete the certification in section C (22 & 23) at the time of
transfer.
36  The coworker transferring the firearm must complete questions 34-37.

 ATF requires that the coworker who completed section B must still complete boxes 34-36 on
denied or cancelled transaction even though a transfer (disposition) did not take place.
37 Box #37 should not be filled out on a denied or cancelled transaction.
