Multiple Sales of Certain Rifles (Arizona, California, New Mexico & Texas only)

 ATF Form 3310.12 must be used to report all transactions in which an unlicensed person acquired, at

one time or during five consecutive business days, two or more semi-automatic rifles larger than .22

caliber (including .223/5.56 caliber) with the ability to accept a detachable magazine. The form

need not be completed on a pawn redemption if it is redeemed by the same person who pawned it.

 The Point-of-Sale system will help track this and will only work if we enter the firearm under the same

name when processing the MSR or Loan.

 The form is to be faxed or mailed to the National Tracing Center. (The fax number is located on the

back of the page.)

 The form is to be sent no later than the close of business on the day that the multiple sale occurs.

 The shop manager receives a printed report every morning on any multiple rifle sales that have

occurred in the shop.

 Attach the 3310.12 form to the 4473 guns forms for the multiple sale together.
