5) Responsibility: responsibility designs as an action which a necessary key

for every leader to accept it as a duty, and as an action to describe the leader’s ability
which he can do and play, and also it is an action to process the result and to lift up a

leader in a higher position. Most people are following their heart and desire what they

wish to do more than focusing on responsibility. When they avoid the responsibility,
they are not a leader, even they are not good men also. Certainly, there is no a great

leader who ignore the responsibility.
As a novelist writer or Editor-in-chief stated that “Success on any major scale

requires you to accept responsibility… In the final analysis, the one quality that all

successful people have is the ability to take on responsibility.” And Maxwell affirm

this “A leader can give up anything except final responsibility.”
6) Vision: Vision is an inner possibility to size everything through the
leadership journey. Vision is not clear to process the result as the colleagues hope to

see it, but leader must have a clear and wide vision. This quality is the one of the most

essential qualities for every leader. Leader is the one who control the boatswain in the
dangerous journey through the sea, who coaches the players in football team, who

makes the decision for co-workers, and who plan for next step in organization for the
followers with a clear vision. Maxwell expressed that “People can size only what they

see. A great leader’s courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position.”
7) Self-Discipline: Self-Discipline is the first thing of everything and the

first step of every steps for every leader, no matter how one is leader or not. Plato:
