“Everything rise and falls on leadership. And leadership truly develops from the inside
out. If you can become the leader you ought to be on the inside, you will be able to

become the leader you want to be on the outside.” As Maxwell is a religious ordain
minister in Christian Church, he also emphasizes about inside qualities which in
important and essential for every leader to illustrate them out. Somehow, this work
designs only the essential qualities which are suitable for learner based on the
Maxwell’s the 21 qualities of a leader in this section.
1) Attitude: Attitude is the fundamental key which is played one’s action
inside to out about not giving up easily. Attitude can be both positive and negative.
Negative attitude brings someone to destroy his goal and journey but positive attitude
will make someone to develop mentality and physicality. There is a good example of a
person who has strong positive attitude in every situation, even he fails many times in
his research. But failure is not a mistake, not the way to giving up for him. Failure is
the lesson that make him close to research. He is the Thomas Edison an American
inventor. He stated that “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how

close they were to success when they gave up.
An American newscaster or a journalist David Brinkley affirm that “A
successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks have thrown at

him.” This is the positive attitude. No matter how the difficult situation one has to
face, one must already set the strong positive attitude in his mind to face the problem.
Denis Waitley a motivational speaker and author of “The Psychology of
winning’ book expressed that “the winner’s edge is not in a gifted birth, a high IQ, or
in talent. The winner’s edge is all in the attitude, not aptitude. Attitude is the criterion
