THE BEGINNING







              • RedZone was developed in 2014 by the management of Pivotal Fitness as part of

                  a strategy to add boutique fitness studios to its traditional health clubs


              • RedZone was one of six brands developed by Pivotal, each with its own logo,

                  design standard and focus


              • In May 2015 Pivotal reopened its Summerville health club featuring all six of the

                  boutique concepts


              • From the start it became clear that RedZone was the “breakout” brand that

                  emerged from the group



              • Within a year the premium-priced RedZone program had over 300 members

                  which generated 25% of the club’s membership revenue
