              • In 2016 and 2017 Pivotal dedicated resources to build the RedZone business,

                  including separate management and investments in technology, processes and

                  marketing


              • The core of the investment was the implementation of new heart-rate tracking

                  technology, integrated workout scheduling software, a branded app for

                  members to track their progress and Facebook groups for members to

                  communicate


              • Based on the success of the Summerville studio, in 2016 Pivotal also added

                  RedZone studios within its West Ashley and downtown Charleston locations


              • In October 2017 the first RedZone studio with a separate entrance / lobby

                  opened in Pivotal’s Mount Pleasant club


                     • The RedZone technology will also be deployed in the Mount Pleasant cycle studio and

                         new Performance Shop small group functional training studio


              • Management recently updated the the RedZone logo, brand standards and

                  marketing messages, and is in the process of launching a RedZone website
