Opening Ceremony

BVP PDC 2017 began with a magnificent opening ceremony to

welcome over 200 participants from all over tricity, Punjab and

through lamp lighting and shloka recitation. The Chief Guest for the
event was Mr. Amit Arya, Media Adviser to the Chief Minister of

a consonant musical performance which pacified the environment. To
