SECTION 3
FOR WHAT BENEFITS ARE YOU ELIGIBLE
AS A SEKO EMPLOYEE?
3.1 Are you eligible for Vacation Days?
One of SEKO’s Core Values is “Work Hard/Play Hard” - so we understand the importance of taking time to
relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-deserved break from work. As such, all full-time employees are eligible to
accrue paid vacation time. Vacation is granted as an incentive to future work, not as compensation for past
work. Vacation is earned on a pro rata basis, as follows:
Years of Hours Accrued Per Pay Maximum Calendar Year
Service Period - Full Time Accrual - Full Time
Hire date up to 5 years 3.08 hours 10 days/80 hours
More than 5 years but 4.62 hours 15 days/120 hours
less than 10 years
More than 10 years 6.15 hours 20 days/160 hours
