             AS A SEKO EMPLOYEE?


             3.1 Are you eligible for Vacation Days?

             One of SEKO’s Core Values is “Work Hard/Play Hard” - so we understand the importance of taking time to
             relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-deserved break from work. As such, all full-time employees are eligible to
             accrue paid vacation time. Vacation is granted as an incentive to future work, not as compensation for past
             work. Vacation is earned on a pro rata basis, as follows:
