3.13  Does SEKO offer a Health
             Savings Account?
             SEKO offers a Health Savings Account under
             Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code,
             commonly known as a “Cafeteria Plan”- which
             enables you to elect to save, on a pre-tax basis,
             a portion of your salary into an account that you
             can use to pay your share of medical expenses,
             dental or eye care costs, and other items, subject
             to certain limits. The Health Savings Account may
             only be used by employees if they elect the high
             deductible medical plan option offered by SEKO.

             3.14  Does SEKO offer an

             Employee Assistance Program?
             SEKO offers an Employee Assistance Program
             (“EAP”). The EAP provides twenty-four (24) hour
             confidential access to assistance and counseling
             for personal and workplace issues. Please contact
             the Human Resources Department for additional
             information regarding this plan. SEKO may from
             time to time offer other benefits.
